This appetizer salad is quite simple and quick to prepare, I often cook for dinner. It perfectly complements any main course, especially those made with potatoes. Dressing a salad with leeks can be either mayonnaise or oil with vinegar.
Boil eggs hard-boiled (15 minutes after boiling).
Slice the leeks into rings and then cut them across, in half.
Wash cucumbers and cut into small cubes.
Hard-boiled chicken eggs, peel and chop.
Put all the ingredients in one large dish, mash the leeks lightly with your fingers. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix well. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 40-50 minutes to cool all the ingredients.
The salad can be served with main courses, it is very tasty and nutritious.
