I offer a variant of an assorted fruit salad with coconut flakes. Fruits are very different, and you can cook coconut at home yourself (link). The delicious dressing is made from natural yoghurt, such as sweet.
For the fruit salad, prepare: bananas, persimmons, kiwis, tangerines (and / or other fruits), canned pineapple, coconut, and yogurt.
Peel the kiwi and optional persimmons and cut them into cubes.
Cut the banana into pieces and add with the canned pineapple to the salad bowl.
Peel the tangerine and either simply cut into wedges or cut into pieces. Add them and the coconut flakes to a salad bowl.
It remains to fill the fruit salad with yogurt and mix.
When serving, you can also sprinkle the portions with coconut.
