Hot smoked pink salmon salad decorated with red caviar turns out to be bright and festive. It is stacked in layers. Instead of pink salmon, you can use other fish of your choice, such as trout or salmon.
Prepare all ingredients.
Boil the carrots in their uniforms. Boil eggs hard-boiled. Cool and clean.
Peel the onion. Chop finely. Marinate in vinegar.
Peel pink salmon from skin and bones. Mash with a fork.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Cut pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Grate the proteins on a coarse grater.
