This vegetarian salad "Olivier" can appeal to almost everyone, but it is especially suitable for a holiday and not only a holiday menu for vegetarians and those fasting people who do not exclude dairy products. The salad tastes very much like our usual "Olivier" thanks to smoked cheese (Adyghe, Chechil, etc.), as well as black salt (Himalayan or Thursday), which gives a kind of egg flavor … But it is also delicious without black salt.
Ordinary sour cream is also suitable as a dressing, but you can use "lean mayonnaise", the recipe for which is on the website or purchased.
Prepare the ingredients:
Boil and cool the potatoes and carrots in advance. I really enjoyed steaming vegetables in a slow cooker.
Peel the vegetables and dice the potatoes and carrots, and chop the onions finely or finely.
