The beneficial properties of stalked celery are known to many. Its juicy, pale green stems are rich in vitamins and minerals. A large number of dishes can be prepared from the stalks for every taste: these are soups, and stews, and salads and freshly squeezed juice. Large stalks of celery are stuffed with vegetable and meat fillings, and then baked. And when fresh, celery stalks are great for a snack in between meals. I often use celery in my dishes, especially in tomato soups and salads. I propose a recipe for a vitamin salad, which I often indulge myself with.

Prepare the food you need.

White cabbage (you can take young cabbage with delicate leaves or Peking cabbage) cut into thin strips. Wrinkle lightly with your hands.

Peel the apple, core and cut into cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Chop the celery stalks thinly.

Combine cabbage, celery and apple in a salad bowl.

Add 2-3 tbsp. natural yogurt or kefir.

Stir salad, chill for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped nuts before serving. I like cashews more in this salad.
