The familiar vinaigrette will acquire a different flavor note if you add pickled mushrooms, in this case honey mushrooms. Try it, you won't regret it.
We need such products: beets, carrots, potatoes, onions, pickled or pickled cucumbers, pickled mushrooms, salt and sunflower oil.
Boil the beets, carrots, potatoes until tender. Then we cool and clean. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Add finely chopped boiled carrots.
We put small mushrooms in the vinaigrette immediately, and cut the large ones.
Finely chop the pickled cucumber and add to the rest of the ingredients.
Peel the lettuce white or red onion, wash and chop finely. You can take the usual onion.
Cut the beets into small cubes and put them in a separate bowl, then season with sunflower oil. We do this so that she does not immediately color all the ingredients of the vinaigrette.
Add beets to onions, potatoes, carrots, cucumbers and pickled mushrooms.
Salt the vinaigrette to taste, add more sunflower oil and mix.
