There are still many holidays ahead, in which you want to please your loved ones with delicious and unusual dishes. And since, according to Russian tradition, no holiday is complete without alcohol, you need to think about what to eat intoxicated drinks. The Illusion salad is perhaps one of the most popular among the guests. Eaten without a trace! Try it and see for yourself!
To prepare the Illusion salad, you need to take fresh carrots, pork (pulp), onions, cloves of garlic, vinegar of 9% concentration, refined sunflower oil, black pepper and salt.
Peel the carrots, wash, dry and grate on a coarse grater.
Peel the cloves of garlic from the dry shell and grate on a fine grater or pass through a press.
Put garlic to carrots, sprinkle with pepper and sprinkle with vinegar.
Stir the mixture, close the dish tightly with a lid and leave for 30 minutes.
Cut the meat into small cubes, fry in oil and cool.
Peel and chop the onion.
Fry the onion until lightly browned and cool.
Add onion and meat to the carrots, salt to taste.
Stir the salad, season with the oil in which the meat was fried, salt if necessary and stir again. The Illusion salad is ready!
