A very dietary and healthy salad with funchose and Korean carrots can be prepared at home very easily and quickly.
I am not a great master of cooking carrots in Korean, I prefer to buy it ready-made. You can cook Korean-style carrots according to any recipe you like on our website or, like me, use a ready-made one.
In principle, the combination of Korean funchose and carrots with soy sauce is already excellent in itself. I added a little broccoli and champignons for myself, this only enriched the taste of the whole dish.
So, we prepare funchose according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water from the finished funchose.
Put the finished funchose and Korean carrots in a bowl.
In a frying pan, fry over low heat with the addition of vegetable oil, broccoli, disassembled into small inflorescences, and mushrooms cut into plates. We fry vegetables for literally 7-10 minutes, we need the vegetables to become softer, but retain their crispness.
Put the fried vegetables in a bowl with funchose and Korean carrots.
Now add soy sauce to the dish.
IMPORTANT: do not forget that Korean carrots already have vinegar and spices in their composition, so you should balance the taste of the dish, taking this into account. We also add sesame seeds to the dish. Before serving, the dish should be infused for at least 30 minutes.
Serve the finished salad with funchose and Korean carrots in portions.
