So I want to share with you this simple recipe for Shanghai salad. The only thing I would change in this salad is canned mushrooms - I would replace them with fresh ones, I love them in this form, but this is already a matter of taste. Someone is afraid to eat raw mushrooms, but in vain, they can be safely eaten fresh, they are very tasty and have a pleasant taste.
So, let's prepare all the necessary products for the Shanghai salad and start cooking.
First you need to cook the chicken fillet.
Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, lower the meat, add peppercorns, bay leaf and salt, simmer over moderate heat for about 15 minutes.
Advice! Chicken breast should not be boiled for a long time, otherwise it will become tough and tasteless.
Put chopped mushrooms and pineapples in a salad bowl.
Add corn.
Cool the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces.
