To prepare the salad, you need to take boiled frozen shrimp, green salad, chicken eggs, olive oil, ready-made mustard, lemon juice, black pepper and salt.
Wash the salad thoroughly in running water, dry and cut into strips.
Defrost the shrimps at room temperature, put them in boiling salted water, bring to a boil and cook for 3-5 minutes, and then put on a sieve, cool, peel and chop.
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, counting from the beginning of the boil, put them in cold water, peel, cool and cut into cubes.
Combine olive oil with lemon juice and mustard, pepper and salt.
Beat the sauce.
Combine lettuce, shrimp and eggs.
Stir the ingredients, pour over the sauce and stir again.
