A salad with orange, crab sticks and corn is prepared in a matter of minutes (the most difficult thing is to separate the fruit pulp), it is seasoned with mayonnaise and does not require a long soaking - it is served immediately after assembly. If desired, the slices can be mixed, as in my recipe, or laid out in layers, alternately greasing and seasoning with salt and pepper.

Drain the liquid containing the corn kernels. Cut the thawed crab sticks into large pieces and sprinkle generously with lemon juice.
Add finely chopped onions. About half a large onion.
Chop hard-boiled eggs.
We mill (separate from the film) orange slices.
Add some fresh dill, salt and pepper and add thick mayonnaise.
We mix all the layers from bottom to top, try. We transfer to a clean container.
