Hot pepper - 1-2 pcs. (taste);

Vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) - 4 tbsp. spoons;

Lemon - ½ piece;

Ground red pepper - to taste;

Salt to taste;

Lettuce leaves.

This Turkish salad is quite spicy as it contains a lot of red hot peppers. You can add pepper according to your taste. You can serve kysyr with ayran.

Prepare the necessary products (Unfortunately, there was no small bulgur in our stores, but I think that this did not greatly affect the taste of the dish).

Rinse the bulgur. Pour boiling water over. Cover and let sit for 20 minutes. During this time, it will absorb all the water and swell.

Finely chop the onion and red hot peppers.

Fry the onion and pepper in vegetable oil. At this stage, you can add 1 to 2 tablespoons of tomato paste if desired.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Combine bulgur with fried onions, peppers and tomatoes.

Chop green onions and parsley. Add herbs to bulgur. Also add the mint. Mint can be used both dried and finely chopped fresh. Fresh mint adds a stronger freshness to the dish.

Stir the salad. Salt. Season with lemon juice. Stir well again.

Place the cheese on the lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with red pepper on top.
