This salad is a variation on the "Vinaigrette" theme. It is easy and simple to prepare, but you get a complete dish that you can well get enough of.
Of course, black beans can be replaced by any other, but it is she who "solo" here.

To prepare a salad with black beans and sauerkraut, we will prepare the products according to the list.
In principle, potatoes, beets and carrots can be boiled beforehand until tender. But I prefer a double boiler: I cut vegetables into small cubes, put them in a double boiler bowl and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Cool the vegetables, put them in a convenient bowl, ladle, saucepan.
Drain the liquid from the jar of beans, put the beans to the vegetables.
We also send sauerkraut there, after draining the brine from it.
We mix everything. Let it brew in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes and serve.
