A delicious canned squid salad will diversify your home menu on weekdays and holidays. It can be served as a stand-alone dish, as it contains potatoes, making it satisfying and self-sufficient.
For the preparation of the salad, we need canned squid, potatoes, eggs, onions, parsley, olive oil, black pepper and salt.
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Cut the eggs along the stripes.
Cut the onion into cubes.
Fry the onions in olive oil.
In a bowl, combine potatoes, squid, eggs, fried onions and finely chopped parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Add olive oil.
Mix the salad well.
Serve a salad of canned squid and potatoes, on lettuce leaves. Decorate as desired.
