To prepare the salad, you need to take chicken liver, fresh carrots, onions, the fruit of red sweet pepper, butter, ground black pepper and salt.
Peel and cut the carrots into very thin strips or grate to make Korean style carrots.
Peel the onion, cut it in half, and then chop each half into thin half rings.
Wash a pod of sweet pepper, peel off the stalk and placenta with seeds, then cut into 4 parts and cut each quarter into noodles.
Wash the liver, pour boiling water for 2 minutes, and then dry.
