The ingredients in the recipe are for two servings of pineapple salad with cheese and garlic, so we divide all the ingredients by two.
Let's prepare all the ingredients for the salad.
Rub the hard cheese on a medium grater and put it in a bowl.
If you have fresh pineapple, then you have to peel it, I have canned it. We drain the liquid from the pineapple and dry each pineapple circle with paper towels, we do not need extra liquid in the salad. Set aside 4 circles for serving.
