A salad with canned beans and olives can be called "lazy", because all the ingredients for it are used ready-made, and "in a hurry", because it is prepared in a matter of minutes.

I like the composition more, in which the beans are red in their own juice, but you can also cook with white ones, the main thing is that they are not in tomato sauce. It is better to take simple pitted olives, but stuffed olives are also suitable. The most suitable fresh herbs for such a salad seemed to me cilantro, but this is a matter of taste.

Adding additional ingredients: garlic, rye bread croutons, cheese or onions add variety to the base composition, take note of them.

Prepare the ingredients for the bean and olive salad.

Open the canned food and drain, or simply use the amount of beans and olives you need per serving.

Combine the beans and chopped olives.
