The lean rice and corn salad, despite the lack of meat, turns out to be quite satisfying. This is a great dish for fasting and vegetarians. The salad will keep you nourishing for a long time.
Such a salad will be good as an independent dish, it can also be served as a side dish for fish or poultry.
I indicated the cooking time for the salad without cooking the rice.
Let's prepare food for the salad. Rice must be cooked in advance, or you can "attach" half-eaten from the last meal. My pickled cucumbers are small, and I took 5 pieces, if your cucumbers are of normal size, then one is enough. Instead of chili, you can use black.
Put rice and corn in a salad bowl.
Cut the pickled cucumbers into rings or cubes.
Cut the onions into quarter-rings and fry with a pinch of sugar until golden brown. Refrigerate.
