A salad with mussels in oil is prepared in a matter of minutes, if you have a jar of juicy and bright mussels in oil in stock - this product is sold in every supermarket. In addition to its incredible taste, the dish is also very healthy, because it also contains fresh vegetables - they are best purchased in season, but in winter, such ingredients are easy to find in a store or supermarket. There is no need to purchase oil for salad separately - it is in a jar with mussels, moreover, it is saturated with their aroma, therefore, it is much tastier than ordinary vegetable oil. If you wish, you can create such a salad without onions, if you have a romantic tete-a-tete, but nevertheless, it is the onion that brings a piquant touch to this dish. Olives can be substituted for olives, lettuce with arugula, etc. If desired, the oil can be substituted with low-fat olive mayonnaise.
