Salad with pineapple, chicken breast and celery, I first tried many years ago with a friend. Before that, I had never bought celery and did not even know its taste. We used celery root, it is easier to find it in the store here, but with stalked celery, the salad will also be delicious. I really liked the salad then, and everyone was pleasantly surprised that there were only 3 ingredients. And a friend said that if you cook it with homemade mayonnaise, then it is suitable for diet food. Since then, I have prepared this salad many times and distributed the recipe to my friends.
