I offer you an unusual salad of zucchini, tomatoes and sorrel, with which I have already managed to fall in love with my whole family. This salad is prepared using young zucchini with underdeveloped seeds. Sorrel gives the salad a sour taste, and the tomato enhances the taste. This salad goes very well with kebabs and any meat, goes well with side dishes of cereals and potatoes. In the summer season, this salad will diversify your menu and will take root in many kitchens.
To prepare the salad, prepare the necessary products from the list.
Wash the zucchini well, remove the tails and cut off the top a little. First cut into thin slices (3-4 mm) and then into thin strips.
For dressing, in a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar (you can also take wine), French mustard and chopped garlic. Stir the dressing thoroughly until smooth.
Place the chopped zucchini in a bowl and add the dressing.
Stir well and set aside while we prepare the herbs.
Rinse and dry the parsley and sorrel, chop finely. Add greens to the zucchini.
