A salad with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella is created in a few minutes, but it looks so attractive that it can even be served on a festive table. The necessary products are sold in any store within walking distance, you can even create them in your own kitchen, for example, sun-dried tomatoes in Italian! The salad is ideal as an aperitif for main courses or as a dinner dish, especially for those on a diet. The only aspect is to keep track of the amount of vegetable oil and blot it thoroughly with a paper towel or shake the sun-dried tomatoes well.
Mozzarella can be of any size, but small cheese peas look the most beautiful in an appetizer. Optionally, you can add a little cheese sauce, low-fat mayonnaise, if the sun-dried tomatoes are not too oily. Do not forget about fresh greens - they colorfully set off all other products.

Rinse lettuce in water, cut off the ends of the leaves, shake off excess moisture and put on a dish.
Remove the mozzarella from the brine, discard in a colander, leave for 5 minutes to drain excess liquid. Place on lettuce leaves.
Add the sun-dried tomatoes, gently shaking off any excess oil. Spicy herbs, if found in oil, also put on the salad.
