The salad that I want to offer you is not a salad at all, but even quite an independent dish. A salad that you can get enough of right away: think for yourself, it contains meat, cheese!

You can also dress a salad with beef, tomatoes and cheese with sour cream or yogurt, but with mayonnaise it is still tastier.

Take a large enough tomato, or you can take cherry tomatoes by cutting them in half or into four parts. And boil the meat in advance until tender and put it in the refrigerator for at least a few hours: then it will be easier to cut it into neat cubes.

As a lazy hostess, I bought the salad croutons. You can also make them yourself by cutting the bread into cubes and frying it in a little sunflower oil. You can also add Provencal herbs to them.

To prepare the salad, we will prepare the products according to the list.

Cut the meat and cheese into small cubes.

Select pulp with seeds from the tomato and cut it in the same way - in small cubes.

You don't need to take out the pulp and seeds, but then the salad will turn out to be more watery, which does not mean tasteless.

Add mayonnaise, pepper and finely chopped parsley.

Mix.

Salad with beef, tomatoes and cheese is ready.

Serve right there, sprinkle with croutons. I do not recommend mixing the salad with them: the bread will certainly soften.

I don’t salt the salad, because I personally have enough salt in the cheese. You can add salt to taste.
