Today I want to share with you one of my favorite recipes for a delicious and simple PP-style salad - tuna under a fur coat. The basis is canned tuna in its own juice, eggs, beets, carrots and green onions are also added to the salad. Puff salad, it can be made for each guest in a separate form - I think there are always lovers of such recipes among the guests. Even if you are not on the PP, you will still like the salad. Among other things, you can add potatoes of your own. Salad dressing - sour cream and mayonnaise is a great option. Be sure to try the recipe, I'll be glad if you like it.
Prepare all products according to the list. Boil carrots, onions, chicken eggs in advance.
Prepare the dressing immediately, put the sour cream in a bowl, add the mustard, salt and pepper - mix everything thoroughly.
Prepare a salad dish. Put the tuna in its own juice as the first layer.
Rinse and dry the green onions, chop finely and lay the next layer on top of the tuna.
Hard-boiled chicken eggs, cool and peel. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the whites on a fine grater and lay out in the next layer.
Peel the boiled carrots and grate with fine shavings. Put the carrots in the next layer, salt and pepper.
Grease a layer of carrots with sour cream and mustard sauce.
Grate the beets, put on top of the carrots, also salt and grease with sour cream.
The final layer is chicken yolks, crumble them finely and put on top of the beets. Soak the salad for several hours and serve the tuna under a fur coat to the table.
