Meat salad with rice and corn is quick and satisfying. I love the hot side dishes made from rice and beans, as well as rice and corn, so I got the idea to try combining these ingredients in a cold dish - in a salad. I am very pleased with the improvisation, so I am sharing the recipe! The salad will be delicious if seasoned with mayonnaise, but I suggest trying to season it with a spicy homemade tomato dressing.
Prepare the ingredients: cooked meats and crumbly rice, canned corn and beans, tomato ketchup, garlic, mustard, vegetable oil, dill and salt.
Drain the beans and corn and stir in a bowl.
As meat, an excellent option is pork tongue, but it will also be delicious with other types of meat. Cut the meat into cubes. Rice is suitable for almost any cooked crumbly. Wash the dill, dry and chop. Add meat, dill and rice to a bowl.
Stir the ingredients and season to taste.
If you decide not to season with mayonnaise, then prepare the following dressing: vegetable oil, tomato ketchup, salt, mustard and chopped garlic.
Stir the dressing ingredients into a homogeneous mixture and add to the salad.
