I offer you a delicious and beautiful salad for a festive table of lightly salted salmon, caviar and fresh vegetables. It is better to prepare such a salad in portions, since each guest will examine what he has in a salad bowl or a bowl, or you can serve it in wide glasses. Decorate the top of the salad with quail eggs and fill them with red caviar.

To prepare the salad, we will need: lightly salted salmon, red caviar, spinach pancakes, fresh cucumber, green onions, feta, cream cheese and quail eggs. Also for dressing we need the juice of half a lemon and olive oil.

Cut a few strips from a piece of salmon, cut the rest into cubes.

Grease each pancake with creamy processed cheese (the recipe for pancakes can be found here). Put a strip of salmon, a strip of fresh cucumber and a stem of green onions. Roll up the pancakes.

Put pieces of salmon on the bottom of the bowls. Sprinkle a little with lemon juice.

Then lay out the diced cucumber.

Cut the pancakes into small rolls and put in a circle in the bowls. Place diced feta in the center.

Sprinkle with green onions on top. Season the salad with olive oil.

Boil quail eggs, cool and cut in half in the shape of a flower. Place a small spoonful of red caviar in the center.
