A light spicy portion salad! This flaky dish visually resembles a small meadow with mushrooms. The salad itself is great!

Ingredients

Pickled mushrooms (assorted) - 100 g

Avocado - 60-80 g

Red onion - 20 g

Mayonnaise - 3-4 tablespoons

Fresh cucumber (medium-sized) - 1 pc.

Hard cheese - 20 g

Salt, pepper, herbs - to taste

If assorted mushrooms are difficult to obtain or too expensive, then take "pure" pickled mushrooms, since they are best suited for creating a spectacular final decor.

The number of products for making a puff salad with mushrooms and avocado is approximate, per serving. The diameter of the forming ring is 8 cm, the height is 5 cm.

Please note that the avocado must be used immediately after cutting. This is a product that is not stored - when "started" it quickly turns into unusable mass.

I used the onion in its pure form. You can marinate it in lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, after sprinkling it with boiling water, and then it will not be as harsh.

You can salt and pepper each layer at your discretion, taking into account the salinity of the mayonnaise. Also smooth and lightly press, tamp each layer.

Rinse the avocado, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and carefully remove the pulp with a tablespoon. Chop the pulp finely with a knife. You can sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice or lime juice.

Place the avocado in the first layer into the mold.

Grease 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.

Put the chopped mushrooms in the next layer. Set aside the smallest and most beautiful mushrooms for decoration.

Next comes a layer of thinly sliced red onions.
