Light healthy and tasty salad. It's easy to cook. It is prepared in different ways - with sauerkraut or sauerkraut. Either beans, or peas, or both are added. You can add sour apple, herring, or sprat. The salad can be served every day, and if served beautifully, then the salad is worthy of the festive table. To make the salad less high in calories, I did not add potatoes to the salad.
To prepare vinaigrette with sprat, we need these products.
I advise you to boil beets and carrots in advance so that the vegetables cool well. Cut the boiled beets into small cubes.
We also cut the carrots into small cubes.
Cut the cucumbers into small cubes, if the skin is tough, then peel the cucumbers first.
Combine chopped vegetables and beans.
Salt, pepper and season with vegetable oil. We mix.
We cut the sprat. Cut along the abdomen, remove the insides and the spine with costal bones.
Finely chop the greens, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Pick up herbs with oil with a spoon and decorate the plate, applying circles or other patterns.
We put a confectionery ring in the center.
We spread the sprat on the ring with an overlap, backs to the inside, wrap the tails to the outside.
Put the salad tightly into the ring.
We connect the sprat tails in the center. Decorate with parsley stalks. Vinaigrette with sprat is ready.
