Today we are preparing a simple but satisfying turkey salad. The meat must first be boiled and cooled completely. And it is advisable to send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours: then it will be easier to cut, the cubes will be more accurate.
It is also advisable to boil carrots beforehand. I do not like to cook whole carrots - long and dreary. I just cut fresh carrots into cubes and boil them in this form, then just drain the water.
Mayonnaise can be completely replaced with sour cream.
In general, there are no tricks in preparing a turkey salad with pickles and vegetables, so let's get started.
Let's prepare products according to the list.
First, prepare the onion, marinate it to remove the bitterness. We mix everything that is needed for the marinade, add finely chopped onions to the mixture. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes. During this time, it is quite possible to have time to cut everything else.
