Mushroom glade salad with mushrooms is one of the most popular holiday salads in our country. This is not surprising. It looks just stunning, and almost everyone at the festive table likes the combination of products.
To prepare the Mushroom Glade, take the products from the list. Wash potatoes and carrots with a brush under running water, boil until tender, cool. Boil eggs for 8 minutes, cool in cold water. Drain the marinade from the mushrooms.
Peel potatoes, carrots and eggs.
Place the serving ring on the salad serving platter. On a coarse grater, grate the potatoes, put the first layer of salad, brush with mayonnaise. If you like, you can put a thin layer of salad onions on top of the potatoes.
