Easy to prepare, with a small range of products, and at the same time a hearty, appetizing mix is good both as an independent dish and as an appetizer for a large-scale feast. Here, gifts of nature, different in texture and taste, are combined: dense and springy pickled mushrooms, sweet grains of canned corn, juicy and colorful lilac onions, some fresh greens, viscous and aromatic baked potatoes, preferably from a rustic oven.
Prepare spices, oil for dressing and other ingredients for making a salad with pickled mushrooms and corn on the list.
Drain off the liquid that was in the corn.
Chop the onion with thin, almost transparent feathers.
Peel and cut the pre-baked and cooled potatoes into small cubes.
Finely chop the pure dill.
Cut the mushrooms in halves or quarters.
Season with ground spices, vegetable oil - mix. Add a couple of drops of lemon juice or natural vinegar if desired.
