Quick and easy to prepare, with a minimum of ingredients, mung bean sprout salad can be used as a side dish, juicy snack, or light snack throughout the day. Despite the outward simplicity, the salad turns out to be hearty and very appetizing in taste. The mung bean sprouts blanched in boiling water remain pleasantly crispy, but acquire a pleasant flavor with nutty notes. Small splashes of garlic, green onions and toasted sesame seeds emphasize and successfully set off this taste.

To prepare the salad, you will need the ingredients listed.
Place the sprouted mung bean in a pot of boiling water and blanch for 1 minute, stirring with a wooden spoon.
