Salad with prunes and mushrooms is a delicious salad both for everyday life and for a festive table. For me personally, salads containing prunes always have a festive touch. So this, it would seem, is a very simple salad in composition, it turns out with an exquisite taste, thanks to prunes. All the ingredients in the salad are perfectly combined with each other and complement each other.
For a salad with prunes and mushrooms, prepare all the ingredients we need. Boil chicken fillet in salted water.
Cut the onion into quarters and cut the mushrooms into slices. Fry the mushrooms and onions in sunflower oil until golden brown appears on the mushrooms. Salt and pepper at the very end.
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
Rinse and chop the prunes.
Put the fried mushrooms and onions in a bowl, add the chicken and prunes. Stir the contents.
Grate hard cheese, chop parsley. Add to salad, salt and pepper.
Add mayonnaise to the salad and mix thoroughly.
