A salad with beans and sprats is not entirely common - it has a lot more sauce than solid ingredients. But it is so delicious it is worth trying!
Sprats - 1 can
Canned red beans - 1 can (beans weight without liquid - 225 g)
Canned white beans - 100 g
Sour cream - 200 ml
Mayonnaise - 50 ml
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Pickled cucumbers - 50 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Water - for boiling eggs and washing beans

Today I discovered for myself (and for my husband) a very interesting way of making salad with beans, sprats and eggs. No, of course, there are a couple more ingredients there, but the basis is from these three.
I tried it with different beans - I didn't notice a difference in taste, only in texture - one is denser, the other is softer. For the appearance, it also does not play any role - it is not visible with such a ratio of ingredients, neither red nor white beans. The main deliciousness is the sauce made from sprats and pickled cucumbers: sprats give a smoked fishy note, and cucumbers give a sour note. And so all this together is wonderful that even my husband ate and praised (who normally does not eat beans, neither white nor red). In general, WE ARE VERY SATISFIED!
An unusual feature of this salad with beans and sprats - it is … runny! There is so much sauce in it that it is better to serve it in glasses or portioned salad bowls.
Boil eggs hard-boiled, peel, cut in half. Remove the yolks, wash the whites, if soiled, from the yolks.
Grate the whites.
Drain the beans from the liquid in which they are floating in the jar and rinse them with water a couple of times. Set aside a few beans for decoration, because the salad itself is very unsightly.
Put sprats, yolks, sour cream, mayonnaise and pickled cucumbers into one bowl. Spray with a blender or food processor until the sauce is as smooth as possible.
Add half of the grated proteins and beans to the sauce, mix.
Pour salad with beans and sprats into glasses or portioned bowls, sprinkle with grated protein, decorate with beans set aside during rinsing. There is no need to fill the container to the eyeballs, as I do - it will be inconvenient to eat, I do this solely for the sake of photographing, so that the edges look neater.
