Salad with beets, carrots and sausage is tasty and simple, it will certainly diversify your home menu. This salad uses raw carrots and boiled beets, which gives it a very unusual taste. Any sausage is suitable, of course, of good quality. You can cook with boiled, smoked or, like me, take the golden mean: boiled and smoked. The taste of the salad will change from the selected sausage, but in any case it will be delicious. You can fill such a salad with mayonnaise and sour cream - take what you like more. I prefer sour cream. Salt is added to the salad taking into account the degree of salinity of the sausage, and if seasoned with mayonnaise, then salt is not needed at all.
Prepare all the necessary foods from the list for the salad. If you cook the beets in advance, then the preparation of the salad will take much less time. You should also boil the eggs.
Cut the sausage into thin strips.
Peel the carrots and grate them on a medium grater.
When the beets are cooked, they should be cooled, peeled and also grated.
Then add chopped sausage to the vegetables.
Peel the eggs and chop them into strips.
Add eggs to the rest of the ingredients.
Stir the salad, add sour cream or mayonnaise, as well as chopped garlic.
