Today I want to offer you a salad with bulgur and beef, which turns out to be very satisfying, incredibly tasty and at the same time fresh and bright. I started preparing such variations of salads quite recently, but I immediately fell in love with them, my husband eats with pleasure, and the guests have already appreciated such a salad. In this variation, in addition to bulgur itself, I added beef, of course, vegetables in the form of fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, there is also a little pickled onion and a nice dressing - everything together turns out excellently. The salad is great for a lunchtime meal.
Prepare all products according to the list.
Rinse one portion of bulgur under running water, then pour over the cereal with a double portion of water. Cook bulgur for 10-12 minutes, then stir and leave to cool under the lid.
Transfer the cooled bulgur to a bowl.
Rinse fresh cucumber, cut into strips or cubes, transfer to bulgur.
Then add to the salad fresh tomato, cut into medium pieces. Add some sweet pepper, which is best cut into strips.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings, then marinate in vinegar and water or in lemon juice.
Boil the beef in advance until soft, cool the meat and chop coarsely. Transfer the pieces of beef to the salad.
Add pickled onions to the salad.
Add Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and oil to the salad. Stir all the ingredients and serve the salad with bulgur and beef to the table.
