Grilled turkey salad is an easy salad for any meal.
Turkey fillet - 100 g

I really love all sorts of different salads, not mayonnaise, but lighter options - vegetables, dietary meat, light dressing. If you also prefer similar options, then I suggest you try a delicious salad with turkey and grilled vegetables. Of course, the grill pan is not at all necessary here, but it is it that gives all the ingredients a beautiful appearance, and another plus - the use of oil is minimized. The salad can be served warm, but I prefer the chilled version.
Prepare all ingredients according to the list.
You can use whatever vegetables you like best. Rinse the zucchini and peeled peppers - cut the vegetables into large pieces. Also prepare the green beans.
Preheat the grill pan. If necessary, grease the pan with oil a little, but often you can do without it. Fry the zucchini, peppers and green beans. Fry vegetables until golden brown.
While the vegetables are cooking, prepare the turkey - cut the fillet into pieces, beat off with a kitchen hammer. Grind the fillets with your favorite spices, salt and pepper.
Transfer the prepared vegetables from the pan to a bowl, let them cool completely. When the vegetables have cooled, add the chopped tomato to the bowl.
Fry the turkey in a pan on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Then cool the meat.
Coarsely chop the turkey, transfer to vegetables, add herbs to taste.
Pour in soy sauce, oil and lemon juice, salt and season with pepper. Stir and serve. Salad with turkey and grilled vegetables is ready.
