Step by step recipe with photo

I think that the original recipe for this snack will not be so easy for an ordinary person to find out from the Koreans who sell it along with Korean carrots in every market. But we can still prepare a very similar taste, and I assure you, it will be no worse than the purchased one, without any different preservatives and chemical additives - a natural product and an excellent snack.

To make Korean-style spicy zucchini, prepare the foods listed. Wash and dry the courgettes, onions, peppers and cilantro. Peel the garlic and ginger.

Remove the tails from the courgettes on both sides, cut the courgettes in half lengthwise, cut each half into thin slices 0.2-0.3 mm thick. Place the zucchini in a deep bowl.

Grate the peeled garlic and ginger on a fine grater, cut the amount of hot pepper to taste, remove the seeds, otherwise the appetizer will turn out too spicy.

Chop green onions and cilantro, lightly crush the coriander seeds in a mortar. Add everything to the courgettes in a bowl.

Now add the soy sauce, sea salt, black pepper, white wine vinegar and sesame oil.

Stir the contents of the bowl and leave to marinate for at least 30-40 minutes. Stir the courgettes constantly so that they marinate evenly. The longer the zucchini is marinated, the tastier.

Serve spicy Korean-style zucchini on the table as a vegetable appetizer for any meat dishes and favorite side dishes.

Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the zucchini before serving. Enjoy it.
