Meat salads are loved by many. They are usually made with beef, chicken, ham or sausage. There are many recipes and mayonnaise salads with meat, and lighter ones. Today I suggest you prepare a hearty and bright-to-taste salad with beef and bell pepper. You can take your favorite dressing, while mine - with olive oil, honey and lemon. This combination of dressing, beef and pepper seems very harmonious to me.
So, here are the products we need. I boiled the beef in advance. It is important that the meat is not overcooked. For the salad, I used entrecote pulp.
Boil the meat, cool and cut into thin cubes.
Peel the pepper from seeds and cut into strips.
Let's make a gas station. Combine olive oil, honey and lemon juice.
Cut the apple into cubes or grate it on a coarse grater. Add the apple to the beef and pepper, immediately add the dressing so that the apple does not darken.
