Today I propose to prepare my favorite salad from the "right or healthy diet" series. The salad is delicious, juicy, light, with the right and healthy calories. You can start your day with such a salad, you can serve it for lunch, and if you are on a weight loss or maintenance diet, then you can safely replace your dinner with it. It is prepared very simply and quickly, it may take you less than 10 minutes to prepare it. In general, if you also stick to the right diet, try making a salad with tuna, cherry tomatoes and olives, you will definitely like it.
Prepare all the necessary foods from the list. Wash lettuce, parsley and tomatoes, pat dry. Peel, wash, dry the onion. Boil the chicken egg immediately. Since we will cook it for no longer than 5 minutes, that is, so that the yolk is liquid, it is better to take a homemade chicken egg. Set the timer as soon as the first bubbles of water begin to boil.
While tearing the lettuce leaves with your hands, place the pieces at the bottom of a convenient plate.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and place on top of the lettuce. Ponytails can be left for beauty.
Then spread the pieces of canned tuna in your own juice and sun-dried olives over the salad. By the way, you can take any olives, even green ones, if you like them more.
