What could be tastier and healthier than a salad of autumn vegetables and fruits, which contains a maximum of useful vitamins and minerals. Salad dressing here is made on the basis of any oil: olive, vegetable, cedar, linseed or orange - that's up to your taste!
Ingredients.
Peel the vegetables and the pear, three on a grater for Korean carrots, if there is no grater - cut into strips.
Squeeze the orange and lemon juice into a separate bowl and stir in the butter. Add salt and pepper as desired.
Mix the grated beets, carrots and pears well and cover with salad dressing.
Sprinkle the salad with lingonberries, sesame seeds or flax seeds to taste.
