In the spring, in the forest, people collect wild garlic and prepare various dishes with it, most often salads. The use of wild garlic is in its bulb, stems and leaves, which contain a large amount of vitamins and minerals. The taste of wild garlic is very similar to young garlic, in combination with vegetables and a dressing of sour cream or yogurt, delicious and healthy salads are obtained. I propose to prepare a simple and delicious salad with wild garlic and eggs.
We will prepare the necessary products.
Rinse ramsons thoroughly, dry with paper towels, cut into strips (stems and leaves).
Cut the cucumber into 4 pieces, cut into thin slices.
Boil the eggs, peel, cut into small cubes. Leave one egg for decoration. If you are using chicken eggs, 1-2 pieces will be enough.
Stir all ingredients together, add green peas, salt and pepper.
