Such a vitamin salad is very useful, until the first spring greens appeared. The ingredients it contains can be purchased almost all year round. Perhaps they are not yet of the same quality as we would like, but still, with their help, you can significantly diversify your menu.
To prepare the salad, you need to take boiled frozen shrimp necks, cauliflower coals, tomatoes, cucumber, canned green peas and mayonnaise.
Disassemble the cauliflower cabbage into coots and wash them in running water.
Dip the cocks in salted boiling water.
Boil the coals until soft, but make sure that they retain their elasticity. Put the finished cabbage in a colander, and then cool.
Dip the shrimps in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, and then remove them with a slotted spoon and cool.
Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into thin slices.
Wash the cucumber, dry it, cut it in half, and then finely chop each half across.
Combine shrimp, cauliflower, tomatoes, cucumbers and green peas.
