I want to share with you a simple and delicious salad that will perfectly set off any meat dish or even hearty pastries with meat. A salad does not require a lot of food, cucumbers are almost always available in the refrigerator, now this is not a problem. There is no need to talk about the benefits of celery, everyone is already aware of this. The mayonnaise in the dressing can be completely replaced with sour cream.

We need the following ingredients:

Peel the cucumbers and cut into slices.

Remove tough threads from celery, if any, and cut them into thin slices.
