Almost a classic version of the salad with cod liver. Sweet pickled peppers add a pleasant and spicy flavor to the salad.
Canned cod liver - 130 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Onion (small) - 1 pc.
Pickled sweet pepper - 100 g
Canned pitted olives - 70 g
Parsley - 6 sprigs

Cod liver is no longer in short supply, and we still prepare only holiday salads from it. Times have passed, but the attitude towards her has not changed. But on the festive table, cod liver salad is always the highlight of the feast. This salad is no exception!
To prepare the salad, you need to take canned cod liver, pickled sweet peppers (preferably of different colors), onions, chicken eggs, canned olives, parsley and curry.
Separate the liver from the oil filling and cut into small pieces.
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, counting from the beginning of the boil of the liquid, and then put them in cold water, peel and cut into small cubes.
Peel the onion, cut it lengthwise into 4 parts and finely chop each quarter across.
Cut the pickled peppers into several pieces and chop them into strips.
Cut olives into thin rings.
Wash the parsley in running water, dry and chop finely.
Pour the oil filling from the canned liver into a bowl, add the parsley and curry.
Mix the dressing.
Combine liver, peppers, eggs, onions and olives.
Mix the ingredients.
Pour the dressing over the mixture.
Mix the salad gently.
When serving, sprinkle the salad with chopped parsley.
