I want to share a recipe for a simple and delicious salad of beans and suluguni cheese. The easiest way is to take canned and preferably white beans. Suluguni for salad can be both ordinary and smoked, it will need to be lightly fried in a pan, pre-breaded in flour, for example, whole grain.
A dressing with the addition of liquid honey, granular mustard and bitterness of chili pepper or Tabasco sauce gives the salad a special taste. Fresh herbs can be basil, parsley, or dill.
For the bean and suluguni salad, prepare the ingredients as listed.
Combine and whisk olive oil, melted honey, apple cider vinegar, and tabasco sauce to taste.
Cut the suluguni into slices 0.5-1 cm thick, lightly coat them with butter or an egg and bread in flour (here - whole grain) or bread crumbs. Fry the suluguni quickly in a hot skillet on both sides.
Drain the liquid from the beans, chop the olives into slices, chop the onion thinly, tear the lettuce into pieces. Place these ingredients in a portioned platter and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
Top with toasted suluguni and top with the dressing.
Salad with beans and suluguni cheese is ready.
