Step by step recipe with photo
Some time ago, having met on the elementalisto blog with the option of serving grapefruit with slightly salted salmon fish, I began to use this combination for unpretentious snacks and salads. For example, in this unpretentious, but original-tasting salad with pickled tuna.
She marinated pieces of tuna in teriyaki sauce the night before. In addition to grapefruit, there may be other non-acidic citrus fruits: orange, tangerine. If desired, accompany the eggs to the salad with mayonnaise or caviar.
Ideally, I would not take Peking cabbage, but lettuce salads Romaine, iceberg and leafy grasses, but in our area they have become simply prohibitive …
For the pickled tuna salad, prepare the ingredients as listed.
Eggs for salad must be boiled and cooled slightly.
Chop the tender part of the Chinese cabbage.
Cut the tuna fillet into thin slices, and remove the peel and films from the grapefruit.
After peeling and slicing the grapefruit, a small amount of juice will remain, which you can use to prepare a salad dressing.
Add olive oil and beat with a fork until thickened.
Pour the whole salad or just the tuna slices with the resulting dressing, mix the ingredients together. To serve, place the salad on flat dishes with a slide, accompany with egg slices on top or on the side.
Pickled tuna salad is ready.
Enjoy your meal!
