For such a salad, you can use ham, smoked sausage or, like mine, smoked loin. The salad is hearty, easy to prepare, very tasty and disappears quickly from the table. It can be served both in a large common salad bowl and in portions, including in tartlets.
To prepare a salad with loin and eggs, you will need very simple products: smoked loin, pickled gherkins, raw eggs, onions, mayonnaise. I advise you to take normal mayonnaise - fatty (there are practically no preservatives and substitutes in it, as in a light one).
Beat the eggs until smooth, add salt and bake an omelette pancake. Put it on a plate and cool.
Cut the onion into very thin half rings.
Pour boiling water over for a few minutes to remove the bitterness. Then cool under a tap with cold water, let the water drain with a strainer.
Cut the loin, cucumber into strips, add onion.
Cut the cooled omelet into strips.
Add to a salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Before serving, season salad with brisket and eggs with mayonnaise and mix.
Serve in portions or in a shared salad bowl.
