White radish salad with carrots is one such salad. It is juicy, spicy and very appetizing. White radish is not as sharp as black, but if suddenly you are not satisfied with its sharpness, then you can soak the grated radish for 20-30 minutes in cold water.
Let's prepare food for the salad. Wash and clean the vegetables.
Dry the walnuts in a dry frying pan.
Peel and grate the radish on a coarse grater or on a grater for Korean salads.
Grate the carrots. Combine vegetables in a salad bowl.
