Corn - 180 g

Summer-style crab salad with couscous. The substitution of one ingredient has changed the taste of the salad beyond recognition. And I liked it more with couscous than with rice.
We will prepare the necessary products according to the list.
Pour boiling water over the couscous, cover with a lid and leave to steam for 5-10 minutes. While the couscous is cooking, you can start slicing the rest of the ingredients. The water should be twice the amount of cereals.
Cut the crab sticks into thin strips.
I peeled the cucumber and cut it into small cubes.
I used the corn boiled on the cob, cut the pulp with a knife. You can, of course, use canned corn.
We chop the herbs, I have parsley and dill.
The couscous is ready. All the water has been absorbed.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
We mix well, salt and pepper to taste.
Season with oil or mayonnaise as desired. I dressed with mayonnaise.
